  • How do I prepare for an Inspection?

    Fill out the Inspection info entirely when booking (client and agent name, email, phone number, property address, etc). Double check property square footage and year when scheduling. Make sure utilities (water, electric, gas) are turned on. Make sure systems (HVAC, water heater, electrical panel) are turned on. Let us know how to access property if there is a security gate, lockbox code, alarm code, hidden key, etc. All minors on the property at the time of Inspection must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or over. Lastly, please notify us of any pets on premises.

  • Should I be present for the Inspection?

    If you can make the Inspection, we encourage you to be there! Our Inspectors are happy to answer any questions you may have at time of Inspection and will give you a summary of the property when the Inspection is completed.

  • What if I'm not present for the Inspection?

    That’s okay too! Our Inspection reports are very easy to read and understand. We are happy to set up a phone call with you to explain anything that may be unclear and answer all questions that you may have!

  • What if there is a problem after the Inspection?

  • When and how can the Inspection be paid?

    Payments can be made easily before or after the Inspection. We accept CHECK, CASH and all major CREDIT CARDS. Please note that Inspection reports are not released until payment is made in full.
